Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of Loxley ("Loxley", "we", "us"), a non-custodial trading terminal for Robinhood Chain available at loxl.trade. By accessing or using Loxley you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What Loxley is
Loxley is an interface that reads public on-chain data and lets you trade tokens on Robinhood Chain. When you sign in, a dedicated trading wallet is generated for you. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, its private key, and your funds. Loxley is a tool, not a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial advisor.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on Loxley is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Prices, analytics, risk scores, and any other data are provided for information only, may be inaccurate or delayed, and must not be relied upon. Always do your own research (DYOR). You trade entirely at your own risk.
3. Risk
Crypto assets are highly volatile and can lose all value. Smart contracts may contain bugs; tokens may be scams or "rug pulls"; transactions on-chain are irreversible. You accept full responsibility for every transaction you make through Loxley.
4. Fees
Loxley charges a platform fee on trades (currently 1%), disclosed in the trade interface and collected on-chain. Network gas fees are separate and paid to the network. Fees may change; the current fee is always shown before you trade.
5. Your responsibilities
You must be legally permitted to use Loxley in your jurisdiction and be of legal age. You agree not to use Loxley for unlawful activity, market manipulation, or to infringe others' rights, and not to abuse, overload, or attempt to breach the service.
6. No warranty
Loxley is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loxley and its operators are not liable for any loss of funds, profits, data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including losses from trades, failed transactions, smart-contract issues, or third- party data.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
